Smoother logistics start with the right tools, and in My Nordicon, we have gathered everything you need in one place, simple, clear, and always within reach. Many of you already use the portal daily, but we also see that some features still have more to offer. That’s why we want to share both well-loved favourites and a few hidden gems you may not have discovered yet.

Calculate now, act when it suits you with My Quotes

Our calculator is one of the portal’s most appreciated features, and it’s easy to understand why. It’s fast, simple, and with just a few clicks, you get all the information you need to place a booking.

But you don’t need to make a decision right away. With “Save to My Quotes”, you can store your calculations and return when the timing is right. All information remains saved, and nothing needs to be redone; just pick up where you left off whenever it suits you.

This is also where Nordicon offers, so-called Spot Quotes, are collected. When you’re ready, you can easily proceed by booking your shipment, exporting to Excel, or sharing the quote via email.

Full control all the way with My Bookings

Once the booking is made, the next phase begins, and this is where the portal truly becomes your best colleague.

Under My Bookings, you get a complete overview of all your ongoing and past assignments. You can see the current transport status, costs, and all relevant information linked to your shipment.

You can track your cargo directly in the portal or receive updates via email; choose what suits you best. Here you will also find all important documents, such as B/L, invoices, and shipping documents, and you can easily upload your own documents, such as DGDs or shipping instructions.

My Nordicon not only helps you book and follow up, but also simplifies the details along the way.

B/L instructions (Export)
Register and manage your B/L instructions directly in the portal via My Bookings. Your submitted and validated instructions will then be saved to the booking. The function is available until Closing and provides a clear overview of all key instructions for your shipment.

Sorting (Import)
Does your cargo need to be split upon arrival in Sweden? Simply add sorting instructions directly in the portal. The function is available for all import bookings until ETA and ensures smooth handling throughout the entire process. Submitted instructions are automatically saved to your booking.


Non-stackable cargo – Send Request
Consolidation is based on goods being properly packed and stackable in order to maximise loading. All freight rates and surcharges are based on this assumption, but cargo does not always meet these requirements. This may result in a consolidator charging an additional fee for container space that cannot be used, similar to chargeable linear metres in road transport.

With the Send Request function, you can send an inquiry directly from the calculator to receive the correct price from the start. This reduces the risk of unexpected surcharges and saves time in the process.

Agents

Easily find export and import agents via Agents by selecting the country and port. You quickly get the right contact without unnecessary detours.

Statistics

In Statistics, you can easily create reports and gain better insight into your flows over time. A simple way to follow up, analyse, and make more informed decisions.

Local Charges & Agreements

Get direct access to local charges and agreements; everything is gathered and clearly presented for full transparency at every step.
