Nordicon´s customer portal My Nordicon is a highly valued everyday tool for our clients.

Over the years, we have made some updates, but now we thought it was time for a total remake. We have now developed a customer portal that we consider to be an upgrade several levels from before. In addition to highlighting all our best tools, we have given the portal a more modern layout that we hope you find fresh and bold, and of course, several new functions are added.

Here is a selection of My Nordicon’s new and very smart tools that can help you in your daily work:

Quick Quote – If you are in a hurry and want a quote based on weight and volume, you can now make a calculation directly on the landing page. Our quick quote will provide you with rates for all ports in Nordicon tariff, as well as Inland transport if they are provided in your country.

Your calculation is generated directly and in step 2 you can choose to refine your calculation with measurements of the goods. A great shortcut that minimizes your clicks!

My Quotes – Trouble finding that calculation you did the other day?

You can now save your calculations directly in the portal and find them under My Quotes. The tool also shows the quotes you received from us at Nordicon via mail, so-called Spot Quotes. From here you can choose to export your calculation to Excel or book your shipment directly with just a few clicks, so very smart!

My bookings – When you want an overview of all your bookings with Nordicon.

This tool will give you an overview of all your company’s bookings placed with Nordicon. Open a specific booking to see costs, documents, and milestones that show the latest status in the transport chain of your specific shipment. Here you can administrate your import sorting list and your B/L instructions for export bookings.
