Nordiconin edustajaverkosto vaihtuu

Kuten 30.7. kerroimme, Nordicon vaihtaa maailmanlaajuisen agenttiverkostonsa, uutena kumppanina Ecu Worldwide.

Muutoksen vaiheet

Ensimmäinen askel tässä muutoksessa alkaa 1.9. jolloin agentit vaihtuvat seuraavilla alueilla: USA, Kanada, Etelä- ja Keski-Amerikka, Afrikka ja Välimeren alue. Japanin osalta tulee muutos Import puolella ja myös export puolella koskien suoria kontteja via HAM.

Toinen askel alkaa lokakuun lopulla ja silloin vaihdetaan agentit Lähi-idässä, Kauko-Idässä, Kiinassa ja Oseaniassa. Kerromme tästä muutoksesta vielä tarkemmin lähempänä tuota ajankohtaa.

Huomioi, että 1.9. jälkeen Nordiconin aiempi agenttiverkosto (GCA) ei suorita palvelua Nordiconille samoilla reiteillä ja hinnoilla kuin ennen, joten välttääksesi mahdolliset ongelmat ystävällisesti suunnittele tulevat bookaukset Nordiconin kanssa huolellisesti etukäteen.

Import – muutokset ensimmäisessä vaiheessa

Tietoa jokaisen maan agenttien yhteystiedoista on nähtävissä My Nordiconissa ensi viikon puolivälistä alkaen. On erittäin tärkeää, että syyskuun buukkauksia aletaan suunnitella jo hyvissä ajoin, etenkin jos sisämaan ajoja tarvitaan.

Alta löydät aikataulumme suurimpien satamien osalta ja tiedon siitä, mistä lähtien Ecu Worldwide on agenttinamme.
Huomaathan, että mainittu ETA on ensimmäinen uuden agenttimme Ecu Worldwiden kanssa buukattu lähtö.

Export – muutokset ensimmäisessä vaiheessa

Suorat konttimme via GOT, eli USA ja Kanada, Santos, Israel ja Etelä Afrikka: muutos astuu voimaan 27.8. closingille.

Suorat konttimme via HAM, eli Etelä- ja Keski-Amerikka, Afrikka ja Välimeren alue sekä jotkin Aasian / Oseanian kohteet, joissa on ollut vaihtoehtoinen reitti via HAM: muutos astuu voimaan 27.8. closingille.

HUOM! Suorat konttimme Colomboon, Singaporeen, Busaniin ja Shanghaihin ja kaikki reititykset näiden kautta, jatkuvat lokakuun lopulle. Näitä vaihdamme vasta muutoksen toisen vaiheen aikana ja ilmoitamme tästä hyvissä ajoin.

Viennin aikatauluja sekä agenttitietoja tulemme päivittämään tämän ja ensi viikon aikana.

Nordicon change of Network

As informed on August 1st, Nordicon will change the global network into Ecu Worldwide.

The first step in this change will start as from September 1 with agent changes in the USA, Canada, South and Central America, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Also import from Japan will change and also export to Japan with direct container via HAM.

The second step is to change agents in the Middle East, SIC, FE, China, and Oceania. This change will be done during Q4, and we will revert with details about these changes in due time.

It is important to understand that after September 1st, Nordicon earlier agent network (GCA) will not be able to carry out service to Nordicon with the same cost and routing. So to avoid any possible problems, please plan the coming bookings with Nordicon carefully.

Changes in Import at step one

It is very important for our clients who wish to book with Nordicon sailings after September, to start plan the bookings soon. This is to reach the closing in time and if any inland trucking is involved, the planning is of course even more important.

Below you will find sailing details as to which vessel/departure Ecu Worldwide will be the agent. Here is info to and from the major ports in the countries we will change in Step 1.

We are updating information about agent details in each country and also schedules and you can find all information in My Nordicon by the end of next week.

Changes in Export at step one

Direct containers via GOT, meaning USA and Canada, Santos, Israel, and South Africa: Change will take effect with closing 27th August.

Direct containers via HAM, meaning: South and Central America, Africa, the Mediterranean, and some ports in Asia / Oceania with alternative routing via HAM: Change will take effect with closing 27th August.

PLEASE NOTE Our direct containers to Colombo, Singapore, Busan, and Shanghai and all the routings via these ports: Change will take effect at the end of October and we will send more info before that!

We will update our export schedules at the moment and the work will be ready by the end of next week.
