Temporary suspension of operations starting today, 22 September 2025

Super Typhoon Ragasa in Guangdong, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan – the local ports and terminals have temporarily suspended operations from today 22-Sep-2025

Dear clients,

Regret to inform you that due to the impact of Super Typhoon Ragasa in Guangdong, China, the local ports and terminals have temporarily suspended operations from today 22-Sep, which has caused unexpected disruptions to our cargo handling and transportation plans.

In view of the severe weather brought by Super Typhoon Ragasa, ports and terminals have to suspend all operations to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and cargo. This has directly led to unavoidable delays in the container stuffing process. Specifically, all containers originally scheduled for stuffing from the 22nd to the 24th will face a certain degree of delay.

In addition, the originally planned vessel schedule will also be affected. Due to the suspension of port operations and the possible backlog of cargo handling after the resumption of operations, the vessel departure time will be delayed. At present, we are closely monitoring the typhoon’s movement path, the latest weather updates released by the meteorological department and the plan for the resumption of port operations. Once we obtain the confirmed rescheduled container stuffing time and the updated vessel departure information, we will synchronize the detailed arrangements with you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this special weather period!
